RATES

When you make a reservation through www.penthousealpendorf.com, the rates that you see on the website at the time you make the booking are the rates which we apply and confirm to you. All rates are per apartment per night up to 10 people. Our rates include the apartment, utilities (hot water and electricity), heating and the personal service Each apartment comes standard with a complete furnishing package, cable TV, very well equiped kitchen, dishwasher, linens and towels. VAT is included in our prices. The tourist tax is included INTERNET Wireless Internet access (WIFI) is available and will be provided free of charge for our guests.

CLEANING SERVICE

Bed linen, kitchen towels and bath towels will be provided for the use within the apartment. The cleaning of the apartment will be done at the end of the stay. The cost of the end cleaning is € 150. Please ask the Housekeeper for assistance if you need anything.

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

After you submit the secure online booking form, you will be notified by email of your reservation confirmation, including full booking details and your booking reference. Your email confirmation will be sent automatically from Smoobu, our property management system. Shortly after you’ll receive an email from info.alpendorftop5@gmail.com To secure your booking a deposit (reservation payment) of € 250 is needed. Payment can only be made by bank transfer. The balance and security deposit will be paid 4 weeks upon arriving.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND GUEST BEHAVIOR

Guests are required to act in a responsible manner at all times. The guest is responsible for ensuring that the property is left upon departure in the same general condition and repair as upon arrival. Penthouse Alpendorf will ask from the guest a security deposit of € 400 by bank transfer 4 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded to the guest within 14 days after departure, once we get the keys back and the general state of the property, fixtures and fittings have been revised. Penthouse Alpendorf reserves the right to recover from clients the cost of any loss or damage caused by a failure to respect the property, fixtures, or fittings. Tenants will respect the quality of life of the other guests in the chalet. Behavior that results in the disturbance of the guests of the apartment building and neighborhood (i.e., loud parties, loud music, shouting, running and unacceptable obscene behavior) will not be tolerated and will be reason for immediate expulsion of the apartment, as well as forfeiture of any security deposit.

IDENTITY AND DATE OF BIRTH OF GUESTS

When the reservation is formalized, the guest must leave his/her name, passport number (VAT number for companies), permanent residential address, telephone, e-mail, date of birth of everyone who’s coming to get the guest card of St Johann. The number of people cannot exceed the number of 10 occupants, except for baby’s up to 1 years who still use the baby cot. Domestic animals are not allowed. In case of any violation against these matters, Penthouse Alpendorf may require that the apartment be vacated without any compensation to the guest.

CANCELLATIONS

The booking deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 28 days before arrival. For cancellations less than 28 days before arrival we charge 100% of the total rental cost. Change of date due to availability up to 28 days before arrival - difference of rental cost Extension of reservation due to availability - no charge. Change of number of persons - no charge.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT POLICY

Check-in time is after 3pm. If your arrival time is before 3pm, please ask by e-mail, whether an earlier check-in is possible. There are 2 keys in a secured key locker outside. The code will be given after the final payment. Check-out time is 10am. Please ask by mail or the housekeeper whether a late check-out is possible. Please try to leave in time so that our cleaning crew has enough time to clean the appartement for new arriving guests.

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE AND CONTACT PERSON

We attend you personally during your stay. Our housekeeper explains to you the facilities and provides valuable tips about Alpendorf and Salzburgerland. She is available in case of doubts or requests during your stay. We also offer a service phone 24h in case of urgencies.
